Ex Models, an American no-wave-influenced post hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York, was formed in 2000 by brothers Shahin and Shahyar Motia. Their debut album, Other Mathematics, was released in 2001 on Ace Fu Records. The band's second studio album, Zoo Psychology, followed in 2003 under Frenchkiss Records, featuring a more experimental sound. After lineup changes, including the addition of Zach Lehrhoff, Ex Models released their album, Chrome Panthers, in 2005 via Troubleman Unlimited. Notable singles include "Raw Wild Love" and "Holy Molar / Ex Models". The band disbanded shortly after.
