The Go Faster Nuns were a German punk rock band from Bamberg, formed in 1999. The quartet released their self-titled debut single in the summer of 1999, which entered the editorial charts of Maximum Rock'n'Roll Punk fanzine. They followed this with a split-single featuring Willy Wonkas in August 2000 and their debut album Teenage Love Beats in 2001. The band toured extensively across Europe as support for acts such as Leatherface, New Bomb Turks, Snuff, and Turbo ACs. After a period of inactivity, they released their second album Under Neon Light in March 2005 on Go-Kart Records Europe, followed by tours with bands like The Queers, The Dwarves, Therapy!, and the Adolescents. Their final album In Traffic was released in 2008 before the band disbanded after a concert in Bamberg on June 12, 2009.
