KHEA

KHEA (born Ivo Alfredo Tomás Serué in Virreyes, Buenos Aires Province, in 2000) is an Argentine rapper and singer who emerged from Buenos Aires freestyle circles and helped define the first global wave of Argentine trap. He broke through in 2017 with “Loca,” recorded with Cazzu and Duki, then quickly became a core voice of the scene through high-rotation collaborations and a hook-forward style that shifts easily between rap phrasing and melodic pop delivery. After early mixtape-era work that established his name, he broadened his sound in the 2020s beyond straight trap—pairing radio-ready singles with bigger crossover features—before returning with his first studio album, SEROTONINA (2023), a project framed around darker themes like heartbreak and mental health and backed by collaborations including Tiago PZK and Milo J. In 2024 he doubled down on a harder, street-leaning identity with Trapicheo: EL DON (2024), while also releasing the EP 1000 mg (2024) with fellow Argentine artist Asan. In 2025 he expanded that album run with TAROT: Del cielo al infierno (2025), then publicly announced a temporary step back from releasing new music and touring, aside from a final run of Spain dates.
