Rorschach Test, an American industrial metal band from Denver, Colorado, was formed in 1992 by James Baker. After leaving his role as a minister, Baker began writing music and lyrics, eventually forming Rorschach Test with guitarist Benjamin Anderson. The band relocated to Seattle and signed to Slipdisc, releasing their debut album, The Eleventh, in 1996. Their second album, Unclean (1998), was reissued by E-magine in 2000. The band's third album, Peace Minus One (2000), reached the top 10 of the CMJ Metal chart. Rorschach Test toured extensively with notable acts including Korn and Queensrÿche. They disbanded in 2002 but reformed after a hiatus of more than ten years, planning a new album, American EyeDull.
