Moke, a Dutch rock band from Amsterdam, was formed in 2007 by Felix Maginn. The group released their debut album Shorland in 2007, followed by the EP This Plan. Moke gained early recognition through performances at festivals like London Calling and Pinkpop. In 2009, they released their second album The Long & Dangerous Sea, featuring "Switch". The band collaborated with the Metropole Orkest for a live performance in 2010. Subsequent albums include Moke + Metropole Orkest (2010), Till Death Do Us Part (2011), and Collider (2014). Moke's distinctive style was highlighted when they were chosen by Karl Lagerfeld to model his new collection. Their songs have also been used in advertisements (Toyota, 2007) and TV shows (Family Matters).
