Daan Strootman Machetti a.k.a. STROOT, is a Spanish and Dutch DJ/Producer and Violinist based in the Netherlands.
He considers himself a great lover of electronic music, open to try different styles. But if he has to opt for a branch / genre it would definitely be House music.
He started music at the age of 7 years old playing the violin. Many of his relatives were also musicians, so the influence was quite great. He devoted himself to studying classical until he decided to get into house music and work in his facet as a DJ/Violinist! That's the way he aspires.
STROOT is not an artist who closes himself to a single musical genre, he is capable of creating music by combining the sound of the violin with the synthetic sound, expanding his creativity to higher levels.
