LO, a former band member of Lang 浪 and Arvan 阿爾梵, a film scorer (KL Special Force, Misteri Dilaila), and a music producer (Z Yan—Romancing Asia), is back to his roots as a guitarist dead set on making a huge impact with an alternative/progressive metal album, ‘Point Zero Gravity’. After gaining attentions among the LO-FI community in Europe with his previous album ‘RESONATE’, and also among heavy music and guitar music fans in Malaysia by posting on social platforms unusual guitar covers of pop songs (Adele, Justin Bieber) and modern instrumentals (Tim Henson, Ichika Nito), LO has masterfully produced a guitar-driven instrumental album to set off his virtuosic pathway. The album vividly tells the story of how a metaphorical gravity led the guitarist back to ‘Point Zero’, where he truly belongs, to rebuild his musical universe. Multifaceted and yet coherent, the album leads the listeners in a high-octane ride through the shadowy valleys and glorious peaks of LO’s personal journey, just like a movie!
