The Knux, composed of brothers Kentrell "Krispy" Lindsey and Alvin "Joey" Lindsey, are an American alternative hip hop duo from New Orleans. Formed in 2003, the multi-instrumentalists initially gained recognition as opening act for Common's Finding Forever Tour in 2007. Their debut album, Remind Me in 3 Days..., was released in 2008, charting at number 23 on the U.S. Top Heatseekers and featuring singles such as "Cappuccino" and "Bang! Bang!". Following their second studio album Eraser in 2011, which included collaborations with Kid Cudi and Natalia Kills, the Knux released their third studio album Eleven in 2015. Their intense live shows, featuring a mix of rock, electronic, and pop elements, have earned them performances at major music festivals across North America alongside artists such as Nas, Q-Tip, Travis Barker and DJ Cobra.
