Pappo's Blues, a hard rock group from Argentina, was formed in 1970 by Norberto "Pappo" Napolitano. Initially featuring David Lebón on bass and Black Amaya on drums, they released their debut album Pappo's Blues in 1971. The band experienced multiple lineup changes, including the addition of notable members Héctor "Pomo" Lorenzo and Machi Rufino. They continued to release albums such as Triángulo in 1974. In 1980, Pappo organized a concert titled Adiós Pappo's Blues, bienvenido Riff, marking the end of the band. The group reunited in 1991 and released Pappo's Blues Volumen 8: Caso Cerrado in 1995. Their final studio album, El Auto Rojo, was released in 1999. In 2020, the compilation album Pappo's Blues 71/99 was released.
