Born in the western suburbs of Paris in 1999, SAM! is not only his stage name but also his real first name (Sami). At the age of 11, as soon as he started secondary school, he started producing music for various artists in the French rap scene. As the years went by, his horizons widened and so did his opportunities. After several years of producing for other artists, he went solo and developed his own vision of music through several tracks, including remixes and edits... Defining his music today would probably be a headache. Having grown up surrounded by different cultures (especially musically), starting with rap, then branching out into house and electro, all the while being influenced by African music, he has the ability to explore and create wherever inspiration takes him. Eager to show the world the breadth of his ideas, he also promotes his music through DJ sets at numerous Parisian parties.
