DUPLEXITY is an Indie Rock duo emerging in the LA rock scene, Formed by siblings Savannah and Luke Judy. Luke and Savannah have been performing their whole lives but decided to take their talents into the studio and create their original sound. The music is inspired by 90’s alternative rock, channeling a hint of metal, mixed to have a modern feel. Their debut single “Billboards” is a nod to their 10+ year child actor journey which started when they moved to LA. Both Savannah and Luke are accomplished singers who take turns on lead vocals while performing with a live band. Coming from a musical family Luke plays the guitar and Savannah is the bassist.
DUPLEXITY'S debut EP ‘Billboards’, is an upbeat coming-of-age collection of songs that speaks to fellow Gen Z-ers. Since its release, the EP has peaked on the iTunes alternative chart at #3 and gained thousands of monthly listeners on Spotify. In addition, the Single ‘Drop The Act’ peaked at # 5 on the iTunes alternative singles chart and the EP has had 1,200,000+ streams to date.
DUPLEXITY has had a monumental first year juggling a busy schedule playing live shows all around LA and the sunset strip, NYC, House Of Blues Anaheim, House of Blues Houston, filming three music videos, releasing the video for ‘Breaks My Heart’ and another for ‘Black Dress’.
