Aubrey E. Haynie, born on March 27, 1974, in the United States of America, is an American bluegrass musician known for his skills as a mandolin and fiddle player. He began taking fiddle lessons at age nine. He took up the mandolin and joined the Bluegrass Parlor Band around age thirteen. In 1990, Haynie won first place in the contemporary division at the Florida fiddling championships. He released his debut album, Doin' My Time, in 1997 under Sugar Hill Records, followed by A Man Must Carry On in 2000 and The Bluegrass Fiddle Album in 2003, which won the International Bluegrass Music Association Instrumental Album of the Year award. Haynie also earned an Academy of Country Music Award for fiddle in 2004.
