Vox Archangeli is a Swedish musical band formed by Anna Pihl Lindén, Veikko Kiiver, and Pär Lindén. The band combines original Gregorian chants from early medieval times with modern electronic sounds, drawing inspiration from classical, folk, pop, and rock music. Their debut album, Sanctus: Michael, was released in 2009 and produced by Grammy-winning Dan Sundquist. This marked the beginning of their Sanctus series dedicated to various angels. The follow-up albums were Sanctus: Gabriel (2010), produced by Daniel Palm, and Sanctus: Raphael (2011), produced by Peter Nordahl and Moh Denebi. These albums introduced a new musical genre called Gregorian Lounge Music and featured instrumental air movements created in cooperation with Jonas Strömberg at Slowbeat Studio. Vox Archangeli is signed to Heart Song Records, with distribution handled by Plugged Music and X5 Music worldwide.
