Kayla Verse is an Atlanta based singer, songwriter, and producer. She first started making demo beats and samples on the app Music Maker Jam. For her 16th Birthday she was gifted an AKAI MPK 249 controller and it was a wrap from there. Making beats was like therapy. She started singing and songwriting around 2 years later, and once she learned Protools, and Ableton, she began recording and vocal producing. She is now pursuing music and hopes to strike a chord (haha pun intended) with the audiences of her greatest influences TLC, Janelle Monae, Nelly Furtado, Grimes, and Aaliyah.
