Grzegorz Markowski, born on September 23, 1953, in Poland, was a Polish singer known for his contributions to rock music. He began his musical career singing in the group Watabah, then worked as a vocalist in the ZAKR Song Studio. From 1980 to 1983 he performed as the lead vocalist and frontman of Perfect, with whom he recorded three albums. In 1983 the group disbanded, and Markowski began performing with the bands Hazard and Aeroplane. Markowski released his debut album, Kolorowy telewizor, in 1987. Throughout his career, he continued to release albums such as Markowski & Sygitowicz (2010) and Droga (2019). In 2014, he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
