Gion Stump & The Lighthouse Project is a Swiss band from St. Gallen, formed in 2006 by Gion Stump (vocals, guitar), his brother Reto Stump (drums), Claudio Weder (piano, synthesizer), and Orlando De Toffol (guitar). Their debut album, Fine Lines At Dawn, was released in 2010 and the band later added Samuel Näf (bass, violin) in 2011. Their second album, Lost in Limbo, came out in 2012 via Nation Music, followed by Holy Darkness, which was released in April 2017 and featured collaborations with Dave Eggar and Donnie Reis on string arrangements. Notable singles from this period include "Seven Seas" (2017) and "Moments" (2017). In February 2022, the band released A Penny for the Fool.
