Forgetters, a punk rock band from Brooklyn, New York, was formed in 2009 following the breakup of Thorns of Life. The group consisted of Blake Schwarzenbach, Kevin Mahon, and Caroline Paquita. Their debut recording, Forgetters, a self-titled double 7" EP featuring "Vampire Lessons," "Too Small to Fail," "Not Funny," and "The Night Accelerates," was released in 2010 through their own label, Too Small to Fail Records. The band embarked on tours across the United States and Europe from late 2009 to mid-2011. Paquita left the band after the European tour, but the group continued as a duo. In 2012, they released their debut album produced by J. Robbins who also played bass on the record. Following this release, Forgetters quietly ceased operations and disbanded in 2013.
