Paweł Sołtys, known professionally as Pablopavo, was born on March 30, 1978, in Warsaw, Poland. A reggae and raggamuffin vocalist, songwriter, and radio DJ, Pablopavo began his career in 2000 as the vocalist and guitarist of the band Saduba, followed by Magara in 2001. In 2002, he co-founded Zjednoczenie Sound System with Reggaenerator and Krzak to promote Jamaican sound system music. His debut single "Zykamu / Dola selektora" was released on 7" vinyl in 2008 and his first album, Telehon, under the name Pablopavo i Ludziki, was released September 26, 2009 through Karrot Kommando label. He continued with subsequent albums including 10 Piosenek (March 30, 2011), and Głodne kawałki (November 28, 2011). Throughout his career, Pablopavo has collaborated with notable artists such as Fu, Hemp Gru, O.S.T.R., and Sidney Polak. He is also the lead singer of the popular Polish reggae band Vavamuffin.
