The Bright, a Spanish folk rock band from León, consists of Miryam Gutiérrez and Aníbal Sánchez. Their debut album, Soundtrack for a Winter's Tale, released in April 2011, earned them the Radio 3 Artist Revelation award. The band's second album, Estados, released in 2013, featured primarily Spanish-language tracks including a cover of Dolly Parton's "Jolene". Their third album, Dividing Lines, was released in October 2015 and included singles like "Aire" and "El final del amor". The Bright performed at notable festivals such as DCODE in Madrid (2011) and Sonorama Ribera in Aranda de Duero, Burgos (2012).
