Claire Chicha, known professionally as spill tab, is a French-Korean singer-songwriter born on July 12, 1997. Raised between Paris, Los Angeles, and Bangkok, she brings a global perspective to her alternative pop sound, blending lo-fi vocals with genre-blurring production. Based in Los Angeles, she entered the music industry as an A&R intern and merch manager for Gus Dapperton before launching her solo career during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her debut EP Oatmilk (2020) introduced her unique aesthetic, followed by Bonnie (2021), which featured collaborations with artists like Gus Dapperton and Tommy Genesis. Her profile continued to rise in 2022 with the release of standout tracks like "Sunburn" and "Splinter", and appearances at major events including SXSW 2023. In July 2023, she dropped her third EP KLEPTO, further solidifying her place in the alt-pop scene. Throughout her career, spill tab has also collaborated with brands like YSL and Hermès, reflecting her strong ties to fashion. In 2025, she released the single "ASSIS", marking another step in her boundary-pushing discography.
