Mechatronic

Mechatronic is a Swedish new wave, post-punk, and synthpop band consisting of Wilhelm Äretun and Emma Hortlund. The duo initially gained attention with their debut album Promises from the Past, released independently in 2003, followed by the EP Mind Control in 2005. This release helped them achieve a small cult following in Europe. In March 2013, Mechatronic released Dreams under Space Race Records. Their subsequent albums include Dystopia (2014) and Still Life (2018).
