Before Region, ambient and sampling crossed Daniel López's sound explorations. The electronic artist from Ecuador started to release a handful of tracks thought of as a live set, controllers and software instead of band format. Dawn, first EP as a Region, leans towards downtempo and drum machines, with synths that have been described as 'hope while decay'.
