Guttermouth

Guttermouth, an American punk rock band from Huntington Beach, California, formed in 1988. Mark Adkins, the sole permanent member, began his musical journey in the early 1980s with various bands, including Republic. In 1991, Guttermouth released the EPs Puke and Balls, followed by their first album, Full Length LP, all through Dr. Strange Records. They filmed an animated music video for the song "1, 2, 3…Slam!". Following this early success, Guttermouth signed with Nitro Records in 1994 to release Friendly People and started touring extensively alongside larger punk acts such as The Offspring. From 1996 to 2017, the band released albums like Teri Yakimoto, Musical Monkey, Gorgeous, Covered with Ants, Gusto, and The Whole Enchilada. They are known for their deliberately explicit, provocative, and often humorous lyrics and stage antics, which have sparked controversy and occasionally led to performance bans.
