Inglebirds was a German rap crew from St. Ingbert, formed around rapper DCVDNS. The crew drew inspiration from Westcoast Hip-Hop and G-Funk, with their name being a play on words referencing both their hometown and the Los Angeles neighborhood of Inglewood. Founding members DCVDNS, Hermann Weiss, and Wolfgang H. had known each other since childhood and initially performed as Saarpreme before evolving into Die coole Gang, releasing a double-CD featuring Eurodance and hip-hop tracks independently. DCVDNS later achieved solo success, with Wolfgang H. serving as his primary producer. The group's debut album, Big Bad Birds, was released on November 7, 2014, following their participation in the Bundesvision Song Contest 2014 with the song "Getti." Despite forgetting the lyrics and improvising a freestyle during the contest, they placed third from last. Shortly after the album's release, Inglebirds announced their disbandment due to personal differences.
