Whiff (Dries van Elten) first started playing in school bands at the age of 12, both as a frontman and in a more musically supportive role. At the age of 17, after gathering an abundance of inspiration from his father’s record collection, he decided to lay down the first chords of what would end up becoming Mojo Vibes, his first solo album.
Two years later he teamed up with his live band The Wet Socks with whom he recorded and resided in an old monastery for 3 weeks. The result is the second studio album, Sugar Rush.
