Cosmic Spin is a chart-topping Alternative Folk duo from the San Francisco Bay Area. Bara Waters & Robert Cassard create an appealing blend of "groovy electric folk.” Their soulful harmonies and layered guitars create an accessible psychedelic soundscape — bending genres with a mix of acoustic, rock, pop, alternative and country elements.
On the Gilding Lilies EP, Waters and Cassard give seven classic songs the cosmic treatment. Their reimagined version of Neil Young's "After the Goldrush" reached #1 on the iTunes Alternative Folk chart in the UK.
