Satou is a singer-songwriter from Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Born on July 18, 2000, her journey into music began in 2013 when they received an acoustic guitar as a Christmas gift instead of the electric guitar they had requested. In 2014, during their second year of middle school, she started live-streaming their performances on social media. This early exposure helped cultivate an audience for their unique blend of folk music. In 2018, as a third-year high school student, she participated in Abema TV's "Nimura Goes: High School Folk Song GP," which marked the beginning of their serious pursuit of a music career. After graduating from high school, she moved to Tokyo to fully commit to their musical aspirations. In July 2023, they held their first solo concert at Daikanyama DY CUBE, which sold out all tickets—a testament to their growing fanbase. In January 2024, she launched a series of digital singles over seven consecutive months. The first single, "3%"(2024) gained significant traction on social media and sparked conversations across various platforms. In May 2024 she contributed the theme song "Nagareru iro wa" to the play Kaibutsu no musukotachi. In July 2024, they held their second solo concert, Ubugoe mitaide at Shibuya LOFT HEAVEN, which also sold out. She released "Rourou" on January 8, 2025.
