Working on a new single, plus collaborations and remixes
Georama is the musical project from Johnny G who was heavily influenced by the acid house era of the late 80's and early 90's. However it was on the late 70's, when disco shifted to a more synth based production that really captured the idea for Georama's sound.
During this long journey, the need for using elements, instruments, and influences from many music backgrounds has been increasingly growing without restrains of music genres. Georama it's a vehicle for expressing rhythm, melody and harmony more than anything else. Blending electronic and acoustic instruments and sounds has become a very interesting experience, and has paved the way to more organic sound.
While songs like 'Cromatismo', 'Rhythm & Pitch' and 'Aurelia' explore the current synthwave landscape, all from different perspectives. There's also a big influence from funk, jazz and even hip hop in tracks like 'Spatial Geometry', 'Tambition (take a chill pill) or 'Celaje'.
