Marco Marchi & The Mojo Workers, a Swiss blues and jazz band, was formed in 2009 by Marco Marchi on guitar, Peo Mazza on drums, and Claudio Egli on bluesharp. Based in the Tessin region of Switzerland, the group's name is inspired by Muddy Waters' hit "Got My Mojo Working". The band released their first album, Listenin' to My Soul, in 2010. In January 2011, Fabio Bianchi joined on tuba. They won the Swiss Blues Challenge in 2011 and became the first Swiss act to perform at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2012. Their subsequent albums included My Old River (2012) and Here and Now (2015). The band toured with musicians such as Rich del Grosso.
