Music has always been a significant part of my life, thanks to my mother. Growing up, her music was a constant presence creating a vibrant atmosphere in our home, filling it with joy and warmth. Watching her laugh, dance, and smile radiantly not only shaped my childhood with joyful melodies but also instilled in me a deep passion, appreciation and love for music .
My passion for creative expression began quite early; I started writing poetry around the age of 13. Interestingly, my initial exploration of these poems often involved singing them aloud while I was getting ready for school .
Throughout my life, I've found a profound sense of relief and understanding by transforming my written poetry into song. I started to observe that in moments of sadness or distress, the act of singing my own words, paired with rhythms I created, provided a unique and effective way to process my emotions.
My singing and poetry have always been a private means of coping and healing.
