Bevin Kelley, known professionally as Blevin Blectum, is an American electronic musician and multimedia composer born in 1971. She began her musical journey studying violin during her youth and later transitioned to electronic music at Oberlin College's WOBC-FM studios. At Mills College, Kelley formed the electronica and performance art duo Blectum from Blechdom with Kevin Blechdom. The duo won an Award of Distinction for digital music at the Prix Ars Electronica in 2001. Kelley released her debut solo album Talon Slalom in 2002, followed by Magic Maple (2004), Gular Flutter (2008), and Emblem Album (2013). She also collaborated with J Lesser, Ryan Junell, and Wobbly as part of the multimedia band Sagan. In 2017, she released All Day I Dream About Singularity under the name Synopterus. In 2023, she released Omnii.
