Mujercitas Terror, an independent rock band from Argentina, was formed in Buenos Aires by Marcelo Moreyra on guitar and vocals, Daniela Zahra on bass and vocals, and Federico Losa on drums. The trio emerged from the underground scene of Buenos Aires after several lineup changes, gaining a dedicated following with their distinctive style. The group gained its stability in 2001. Their debut album, Mujercitas Terror, was released independently in 2008, drawing influences from bands like The Birthday Party, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and The Cramps. The group's music blends punk rock, garage rock, noise rock, and indie rock, with lyrics exploring the darker aspects of human nature. In 2011, they released their second album Excavaciones, followed by a notable split single entitled "Mueran Humanos / Mujercitas Terror" in 2012. They released another album, Fiesta Muda, in 2015. Their first international performance took place in Spain in September 2016. Popular releases after this time include the EP Nieblash (2017).
