Born in Belo Horizonte city (Brazil) carnival streets in 2015, O Leopardo is is Moreno, Olivêra, Filipe, Pigmeu. The name of the group refers to the wild thing. Its sound is a hot mix of punk rock, mambo and ska.
Until then, the band has released 2 singles and a EP since 2015, running through the ska punk, reggae, ska-core and punk rock. But now in 2021, in the middle of the pandemic, the band is releasing the brand new 7 tracks EP "Mundo Selvagem" (Savage World) starting by the single "Coronaradio" - an impactful testimony about the Covid-19 pandemic in Brazil - the release is being one track at a time.
Anyway, it's the hot music from now, of the tropics, and that make you sing about the dilemmas and joys of the youth, the city and the world and make you dance wildly in the concrete jungle.
