Wired All Wrong was an American nu metal band formed in 2004 by musician/producers Matt Mahaffey and Jeff Turzo. The duo, who had been friends for many years, shifted their focus to this project following the deaths of David Reilly from God Lives Underwater and Mike Mahaffey from Self. Their debut and sole studio album, Break Out the Battle Tapes, was released on September 12, 2006, featuring notable singles such as "Lost Angeles", "Nothing at All", and "Elevatin". The band went on tour in the fall of 2006 to promote the album, with a memorable performance at LA Weekly's Detour Festival. Wired All Wrong was known for their high-energy live shows, which included Mahaffey's light-hearted stage antics. The band also produced tracks for other artists, including Hellogoodbye and Forever the Sickest Kids. Wired All Wrong disbanded in 2009.
