NAM is Michael Horvath, an Australian songwriter of pop, dance pop, electropop; an independent artist. He has written songs through the 1990s-2010s in the soft rock and pop genres. Influences are many such as The Power Station, Whitney, Minaj, Swift, Avicii, Guetta, Grande, Adele and Sia. “Heart Revolution (Can You Feel This Moment)” came from an intro theme in an unreleased song of his. He re-set the theme and made it a chorus that invites the audience into the female protagonist’s world. The theme’s hook was just a lot of vocal “la-la-la’s” until it became a passable dance chorus. He sent the song to a music director of TV shows for the song’s first review, got no response, but didn’t give up. The vocals needed more harmonizing. Philip Larsen added production enhancements. Hugo Lee brought the song its sax passages. And finally, Larsen remixed it using Ariel Chobaz-mixed vocals from song version 1. Both mixers, Ariel Chobaz and Philip Larsen, nailed it. NAM hopes this song’s story inspires other independent artists.
Smile to bring others smiles.
