As an Ambassador of the streets "1200", Tay, like so many others, used music as an escape, literally and figuratively.
Tay writes and performs his unique style of rap which chronicles his life growing up on 12th street in Kansas City. Born and raised in the "Show Me" state of Missouri, Tay Diggs is doing just that for fans all across the nation. Although his heart will forever bleed KC, " I love my town, if I was giant, I'd hug my town", his influence goes far beyond the mid-west.
