French chanson singer-songwriter Yves Uzureau is renowned as a very inventive performer of Georges Brassens' repertoire and winner of the Grand Prix du spectacle des Amis de Georges 2018 for his show "Le copain d'abord".
He is now releasing the double album Enragé Volunteer / Mirifique Mi-raisin, which finally brings together his entire personal repertoire in studio versions with arrangements as varied as they are surprising.
"Without exaggeration, one of the most successful, most captivating records of recent years. From the great Uzureau! Captivating voice, perfection of texts and melodies. Twenty-four songs that take you out of time on the back of the clouds and in the moonlight of an authentic talent of singer, writer, storyteller and… actor! And who can sing as he does and in such a pleasant way the first literary text written around 880 in a differentiated Romance language Latin? Impossible, once listened to, to do without this disc which reconciles you forever with the Song in what it possesses of most elegant, funnier and more magical. " - Jean-Paul SERMONTE
