The Muldoons were a fixture on the Scottish indie music scene ins the early 90s, inspired by a diverse range of indie and garage music from the 60s to the guitar pop of the 80s. After releasing self-financed cassette singles and playing all over Scotland they called it a day in 1996. Just over 20 years later they were persuaded to play a one-off gig at the Bungalow in their home town Paisley. The gig was a sell out and was followed by a series of raucous live performance including a sellout headline at Glasgows legendary King Tuts Wah Wah Hut. The size of the crowds and the enthusiastic reaction convinced them there was a real demand for their brand of optimistic, high tempo, indie guitar music.
