Hidden away near the volcanoes of Auvergne, the French artist is intent on heating up the fiery lands by composing in a furiously dark register. Travelling between the darksynth and cyberpunk genres, his interest in drums and electronic instruments has given birth to a brutal and frenzied sonic imprint, through his heavy synth riffs and destructive Metal drum beats.
His first 6-track EP plunges us into an enraging dystopian abyss, an ode to destruction. Through an enigmatic character, Chrome Skin tells of the plunge and survival of what appears to be a humanoid erased from the system, struggling against destructive technologies and a handful of power-hungry corporatists. Domination reigns and this mysterious being intends to reverse the roles.
