Despite their average age of 19, Curtism have a background that would make blush their elders on the shoegaze scene. Their very first EP lays the foundations for a world that sounds like a daydream [...] Who could have predicted that a Fête de la Musique would provide the decisive impetus for the project's future? (Don't go away, it's a great story!) Started in 2020 as a bedroom pop project by Marin (vocals/guitar), Curtism gradually experimented with the band formula 3 years later, with the arrival of two friends from high school: Scrappy (bass) and Anthony (guitar). Due to a combination of circumstances, finding themselves without a drummer, they had to play not one but TWO concerts on June 21 2023. Barny and his drumsticks came to the rescue, and the fate of the four boys was sealed, leading to the release of this EP.
