Almo is a Soul/Pop singer-songwriter. He is French, sings in English and lives in Barcelona. This independent artist has released four albums to critical acclaim, thanks to the quality of his compositions and his deep, enveloping voice. Nurtured by the worlds of Soul and Pop, Almo creates a sensual, intimate atmosphere in his songs.
In September 2025, Almo will release the single Old Lies, a powerful song. The composition, the voice, the emotion: it's all there.
An alumnus of Berklee College of Music, Almo set up his own label, Unlocked Music, in 2004, on which he has released his albums Unlocked, Eleven Love Inventions, the E.P. Conscious Soul, Almo Solo and his single Old Lies. Almo has performed his albums live, and opened for Raphaël Saadiq, Dwele and José Feliciano.
Almo's music has been hailed by the critics. Journalists have written: "Light years away from commercial R'n'B, ALMO's romantic groove is exceptional" (Marianne).; "His voice evokes the best hours of the TAMLA MOTOWN label" (Guitarist Magazine). On iTunes, the albums Unlocked and Eleven Love Inventions reached No. 3 in the Soul charts.
