Born and raised in the slums of the Philippines, xyzelle. is a Bristol-based Alt RnB artist fusing soul with the swagger of hiphop.
The songstress began independently releasing and performing her music at just 16. Since then, not only has her songwriting and vocal abilities gracefully matured, she has also cultivated her own unique brand of a pretty tomboy, sometimes sexy, advocating for being unapologetic in ones self and confidence. Garnering comparisons to IAMDDB and Jorja Smith, xyzelle. delivers an unconventional sound with poetry-like, of coming age lyrics that are both relatable and raw.
Since starting her music journey, she has since appeared on Jason Derulo and Becky Hill's BBC show 'Project Icon' which led her to performing live at BBC Points West. She has also worked with award winning songwriters, producers and engineers as well as performing at some of UK's biggest festivals such as Glastonbury Festival, Wireless, Boomtown, and Love Saves The Day.
There's more to xyzelle. than meets the eye and is definitely an artist to look out for.
