Biyografi

Born "Navraj Singh Goraya" in Toronto, Ontario, on November 3, 1989, Nav is a Juno Award-nominated rapper of Punjabi origin. He started creating his own music using computer software as a teenager. Years later, Nav released digital-only mixtapes including The Introduction (2016), Perfect Timing with Metro Boomin’ (2017), and Nav (2017). Featuring The Weeknd, his single "Some Way" became a Top 40 in Canada, as did its accompanying mixtape, Nav. His 2018 debut album, Reckless, was an international success, reaching the Top 5 on the Canadian charts as well as Number 5 on Billboard's Rap and R&B charts. Nav then released the mixtape 1 Night with Guap Tarantino in 2018, followed by the Brown Boy EP in 2019. His second album, Bad Habits, was also released in 2019. Bad Habits marked a new milestone for Nav by reaching Number 1 on the Canadian albums chart, the Billboard Top 200, Billboard's Top R&B chart, and and Billboard's Top Rap chart. During the same week in May 2020, Nav dropped the mixtape Brown Boy 2 as well as his third album, Good Intentions. The single “Turks” (featuring Travis Scott) reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, while the album itself peaked at Number 1 in both Canada and America. Two years later, he returned with another album, Demons Protected By Angels, which reached Number 2 in Canada while becoming his third consecutive album to reach Number 1 on the American rap charts.
