Bajaga i Instruktori

Bajaga i Instruktori, a Serbian rock band formed in Belgrade in 1984, was founded and led by vocalist, guitarist, and principal composer Momčilo Bajagić "Bajaga." The group emerged while Bajagić was still a member of the highly popular band Riblja Čorba. Initially formed to promote Bajagić's side project Pozitivna geografija, the album's success led to the continuation of the band's activity. Their following releases, including Sa druge strane jastuka (1985), Jahači magle (1986), and Prodavnica tajni (1988), featured numerous hit songs that placed them at the top of the Yugoslav rock scene. Notable tracks include "Berlin," "Mali slonovi" ("Little Elephants"), and "Poljubi me" ("Kiss Me"). The band's work, particularly Bajagić's poetic lyrics, received widespread critical acclaim. Despite the breakup of Yugoslavia, Bajaga i Instruktori remained one of the most popular groups in Serbia and other former Yugoslav republics throughout their career.
