D'aliaen is a Romanian Indie-Pop singer-songwriter, who found inspiration in musical genres such as neo-soul, urban jazz, pop-rock, chillstep or chansonnettes and in artists such as Holograf, Taxi, P!NK, Adele, Alicia Keys , Kelly Clarkson , Ed Sheeran, Zaz , Lara Fabian or Edith Piaf . In love with music and poetry from the very beginning, she recalls two moments that made her consider the transition from passionate music listener to artist. The first was in 2000, when she was blown away by a Holograf concert and the second moment was P!NK's performance at the Golden Stag festival in her hometown in the summer of 2004. D'aliaen started her musical journey by taking guitar and singing lessons for a few years and gained some stage experience singing covers mainly in Brașov, her hometown. Composing her own music came in her mid-twenties, when she was living in Paris, a city that really marked her with its artistically, creative, bohemian vibe. She found the courage to constantly write down musical ideas, but never put anything together until she started working on her album. Her debut album, released in February 2023, contains 12 tracks that she composed, produced, mixed and mastered. The songs feature all her musical influences, but, at the same time, they come with a great touch of originality, leaving the listener with a lot of mixed feelings and mood swings, born from the contrast and alternation between very emotional and strong parts.
