Synth Pop made in Brussels - New single "Plastic Life" - March 1st !
Gabriel Seize is a French 360° artist based in Brussels. Through electronic music, 3D visuals, stories and stunning sensitive vocals, he creates by himself a parallel universe. In his cockpit full of vintage synths, Gabriel takes us to a trip in a future that will never happen, a world inspired by synth-pop, French Touch, electronica and old fashioned Sci-Fi. "Seize" is the French world for sixteen, like an old 16bits videogame, a 16 steps sequencer, the 16 bars of a typical electronic music loop. It's a strange meeting between machines and an ethearal falsetto voice, sculpted by years of experience. Among his former bands, he forged a sound working with some of the greatest French and Belgian producers such as Marlon B (Juliette Armanet, Sébastien Tellier...), Tristan Salvati (Angèle) or Koen Gisen (An Pierlé).
His debut single Falling Softly was warmly welcomed and playlisted on Belgian radios (La Premiere, Jam, LN...) and its video selected for VKRS music video festival. My Video Game was the second chapter. Same glasses shaped as a 16, same instruments, and this time a groovy and catchy theme, nostalgic and dancing at the same time, based on a vintage video game 8bit sound.
The artists is about to release on March 1st "Plastic Life", a 3rd single, as a prequel of his debut EP in May. The release concert of this EP will take place at Botanique - Brussels
