Luke Bryan

Luke Bryan, born Thomas Luther Bryan on July 17, 1976, in Leesburg, Georgia, is an American country music singer and songwriter. Growing up in a musical family, Bryan began playing guitar at the age of 14. After graduating from Georgia Southern University with a degree in business administration, he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue a career in music. His initial success came as a songwriter, penning hits for artists such as Travis Tritt and Billy Currington, which helped him secure a recording contract with Capitol Nashville. Bryan's debut album, I'll Stay Me, released in 2007, featured the hit singles "All My Friends Say" and "Country Man," establishing him as a rising star in the country music scene. His subsequent albums, Doin' My Thing (2009), Tailgates & Tanlines (2011), Crash My Party (2013), Kill the Lights (2015), What Makes You Country (2017) and Born Here Live Here Die Here (2020), rose to the top of the charts and produced numerous hit singles such as "Rain Is a Good Thing," "Drunk on You," "Crash My Party," "Play It Again," "Most People Are Good" and “Knockin’ Boots.”  In 2021, he teamed up with Jordan Davis on quad-platinum hit single “Buy Dirt” which charted across Canada and Australia. Throughout his career, Bryan has received numerous awards, including several Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, Country Music Association (CMA) Awards, and Billboard Music Awards. He has been named Entertainer of the Year by both the ACM and CMA multiple times, underscoring his significant impact on the genre. Embarking on his 11th headlining tour in 2024, Bryan returned to the charts with EP Mind of a Country Boy on September 27, featuring the single “Love You, Miss You, Mean It,” which climbed to number 21.
