Biyografi
Chilly Gonzales, Canadian entertainer living in Europe, is known as much for the intimate piano touch of his best-selling Solo Piano album trilogy as for his sweaty showmanship and composition for award-winning stars. He fills the world’s great philharmonic halls dressed in his slippers and a bathrobe - in any one night he can be found giving a sublime solo recital, dissecting the musicology of a Billie Eilish hit and displaying his lyrical dexterity as a rapper. He performs and writes songs with Jarvis Cocker, Feist and Drake and won a Grammy for his collaboration on Daft Punk’s Best Album of the Year. In 2020, Chilly Gonzales wrote "Enya, a treatise on Guilty Pleasures”, a critically acclaimed book translated into several languages and released the now classic Christmas album A Very Chilly Christmas. Its companion A Very Chilly Christmas TV Special is available as VOD. 2022 saw the release of "Consumed (In Key)", a reinterpretation of Plastikman’s 1998 ‘Consumed’ as a collaboration between original artist Richie Hawtin and Chilly Gonzales, executively produced by Tiga. 2022 and 2023 will see Chilly Gonzales on tour playing his classics and presenting a series of new compositions.
