RØRY

Roxanne Emery, known professionally as RØRY, is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer celebrated for her emotive vocals and candid songwriting. Born in Southampton, England on 4th October 1984, she is the younger sister of DJ and producer Gareth Emery. She began her musical journey in 2011 with the release of her debut EP, An Introduction to Roxanne Emery, which charted at number 54 on iTunes. Her subsequent EPs, Turn Back (2012) and Live in London (2012), further established her presence in the music scene. In 2014, she released her album For Weddings and a Funeral.  Throughout her career, she has collaborated with notable artists and producers, including Trivecta, AMIDY, and SLANDER. Her songwriting credits encompass hits like "Post Malone" by DJ Sam Feldt, "Feel My Needs" by Weiss, and "Peace" by Alison Wonderland. Beyond her music career, she is an advocate for mental health awareness and sobriety. Her music has been featured in several popular television shows, including Cougar Town, Awkward, and Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Notably, her song "All That I Am" was chosen as the closing track in the season finale of MTV's Awkward in September 2011. In 2019, she adopted the stage name RØRY, a moniker that reflects her personal journey and artistic evolution. This change marked a new chapter in her career, allowing her to explore different musical styles and themes. She has since put out several releases under the RØRY moniker, including 2023 EP Family Drama and 2025 album Restoration.
