Biyografi

Turkish funnyman Oğuzhan Koç (born on May 13, 1985 in ÜzümlüErzincan) is just as comfortable on screen as he is on stage, having working as an actor, singer-songwriter, comedian, composer and screenwriter – and picking up a raft of awards along the way. He took his first career steps in theatreland, joining the BKM Theatre in 2006 and working on Kanal D's theatrical comedy Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar, which received the Best Comedy award at the 36th Golden Butterfly Awards. It was around this time that Oğuzhan Koç began laying down roots as a musical comedian, writing and composing a string of laughter-inducing songs for the show, including "Uzun Hava (Oscar, Fikrimi Çaldı)," "Domuz Gribi," "Unutulmaz ki" and "O Benim Arkadaşım (Oscar)," among others. He cemented his acting skills in 2009 with a role in the movie Neşeli Hayat, which was directed by Yılmaz Erdoğan, and the following year scored a leading role in the film adaptation of Çok Güzel Hareketler Bunlar, called Çok Filim Hareketler Bunlar, which was written and directed by BKM actors. He scooped up the Best Soundtrack award at the 17th Kral Music Awards for two songs he composed for the soundtrack, "El Alem Ne Der" and "Uçanları Vurmasınlar." 2013 marked the release of his own self-penned debut album, Ben Hala Rüyada, which was honored at the Golden Butterfly Awards and Turkey Music Awards and paved the way for his duet with Gülben Ergen, "Aşkla Aynı Değil," two years later. He went on to release a stream of singles, including 2017's "Aşinayız" duet with Murat Dalkılıç, "Beni İyi Sanıyorlar" and "Takdir-i İlahi" in 2018 and "Sükut-u Hayal" in 2019. In 2020, Oğuzhan Koç released his second full-length album, Ev, made up of five new songs and acoustic versions of previous tracks. In 2021, he made a cameo as himself in İlginç Bazı Olaylar, also composing the film score. He also released the single "Aşkın Mevsimi" that same year.
